Rachel Heard

Inspired by natural forms and phenomena and our human relationship with the environment, my artwork is based on an intuitive response in colour and composition. Using a variety of paint and techniques I emulate organic pattern in an abstract way. Through my residency at The Pound Arts Centre, I am investigating the links between environment, creativity and wellbeing.
