Carrie Mason

Carrie Mason (b.1971,UK) is a visual artist based in Dorset. She graduated from the Arts University Bournemouth in 2017 with BA (Hons) Fine Art (1st class) and MA Fine Art (Distinction). Through her multi-disciplinary practice which includes drawing, sculpture, printmaking, performance and video Carrie is interested in exploring the challenges of living in an age of digital distraction. Her processes often use painstakingly repetitive marks and actions over a period of time to transform materials into work that is a quiet reflection on our experience of time and place.
